SkyBites Consulting was founded by Danny Mazursky, a trailblazing professional with over three decades of food industry experience. Danny is best known as the founder of SoCo Creamery, which he built into an acclaimed brand in the Berkshires of Massachusetts, and for his leadership roles across the frozen dessert, snack foods, and chocolate sectors.

Danny has advised and led companies through brand launches, product formulation, sales expansion, packaging design, distribution partnerships, and fundraising efforts. His career includes executive and consulting positions with innovative food brands such as Sweetkiwi, Smearcase, Tipsy Scoop, and Del’s Dairy Farm. Previously, he drove large-scale growth at Nuts.com/Kopper’s Chocolate, securing multimillion-dollar contracts with American Airlines, Cinemark Theaters, and IT’Sugar.
